Fees
The cost of the 2008-09 program at UC Extension, Santa Cruz
is estimated to be $21,500 for the three quarters of full time enrollment.
The cost is the same for both California residents and
non-residents. Mandatory health insurance of approximately
$1,900 is also required. Students may waive the health
insurance requirement if they can demonstrate they have
the approved level of personal insurance.
Financial Assistance
Through a special arrangement with Citibank called CitiAssist™ Loans and Wells
Fargo Education Advancement PrivateSM Loans, UCSC Extension offers
financial assistance to individuals enrolled in our professional certificate
programs. Additional loan programs may also be available. You can obtain a loan
application from UCSC Extension’s Student Services Department (831) 427-6687,
or you can apply online by visiting Citibank’s Web site at http://www.studentloan.com/schools/ucsc-ext.
Upon approval, Citibank will send loan funds to UCSC Extension and you will be
notified by phone or e-mail. Applications for the Wells Fargo Education Advancement
